OUR MISSION

The mission of the Dominican American Bar Association is to:

• Articulate and promote the goals and objectives of lawyers of Dominican-American descent practicing in Florida

• Foster and encourage professional excellence among lawyers of Dominican-American descent practicing in Florida and nationally

• Promote a greater awareness of and commitment to the civil and political rights of the Dominican-American community

• Foster and engender professional relationships with lawyers of Dominican-American descent outside of Florida and the United States

• Develop professional relationships with other professional organizations with members of Dominican-American descent

• Increase the enrollment of law students of Dominican-American descent in the United States

• Promote the general welfare of U.S. citizens or residents of Dominican-American descent living in South Florida

• Create networking opportunities for lawyers of Dominican-American descent interested in doing business in the Dominican Republic and locally in communities of citizens or residents of Dominican-American descent
